Three Great Reasons to Join Self-Defense

There are a number of reasons to join a self-defense class other then just self-defense. Though you will learn how to defend yourself, you will also gain fitness, increase concentration, and gain self-confidence. When you enroll in an entire system of self-defense, not just in a two-hour class, you will begin to work on fitness. It is not uncommon to do extensive stretching exercises similar to those seen in yoga as a warm up. You may have to do push ups and sit ups as part of your warmup
