Linda asks…Can a Type 2 diabetic have Subway?My 81 year old grandmother just got back from the hospital. She went in because of gangrene and left without two toes and with Type 2 diabetes.
Since we haven't had much time to go grocery shopping, because everything has been so hectic lately, I was wondering if Subway would be a good choice for dinner.
When we used to go to Subway (before we knew she was diabetic) my gram would get:
Ham,
American Cheese,
Lettuce,
Peppers,
Onions,
