Your Questions About Lose Weight Running

Donna asks…How do you lose weight running cross country?I have been doing cross country for a few weeks and I have not lost any weight at all. I have gotten so much better at running though. Is there a way I could lose weight but still keep getting better at running? I get much more hungry after running because I burn so many calories at our workouts. About how much should I eat each day? I am aiming to lose 20 lbs and I burn about 700-1000 calories per workout 6x a week. Thanksadmin
